Right Frame

Overview

This section of the Electronic Dispatch Board (EDB) is generally used to show your active technicians. Unlike the Left Frame, dispatches that appear in this frame can be configured to show in either the Dispatch, Week or Month Views. This allows you the ultimate flexibility to look at your technicians schedule anyway you like.

Configuring the Frame

Technicians are assigned to the Left and Right Frames from the Setup Dispatch Boards screen. Technicians assigned before the Split Location will appear in the Left Frame, while those after split appear in the Right. Any number of technicians (up to the maximum of 20) may be configured to show in the Right Frame.

The left border of this frame (and right if you have the optional MapPoint integration) can be moved to resize the area. This can be very handy when working with a large number of technicians.
