File Maintenance

This screen holds values that determine the maximum number of months that the system will retain:

If records exist that are older than the values supplied here, they will be deleted when the Monthly Maintenance Utility is run.  Attached Documents are the exception to this rule.  When running monthly maintenance, documents older than the specified date will simply be archived to a zip file so that they can be recalled again at any point if needed.  See the Monthly Maintenance Utility for more information how this works.
