Electronic Dispatch Board
Overview
This screen is used to keep track of all dispatches. From this screen active dispatches can be assigned, completed, reassigned, and rescheduled. Completed dispatches can be viewed, modified and reassigned if necessary. With the optional mapping component you can plot technician routes, get driving directions and even see where your technicians are in real time.
The Electronic Dispatch Board (EDB) is broken up into 5 major sections: the Left Frame, Right Frame, Detail Frame, EDB Toolbar and the Map Frame.
