Once you are done with the invoice, you can elect to save, print or email it. Click the Save button to save the invoice without printing or emailing it. This will also clear the screen so you can begin work on another invoice.
Click the Print button to save and print the invoice. The layout of the invoice can be changed by using the Layout Designer prior to printing. If you have several invoice layouts, you can choose the one you want to print using the Form pull down control in the upper left hand corner of the form.

Tip: If you want to recall an invoice you just saved click the down arrow in the Invoice field to activate the invoice search. The most recently saved invoices will appear at the top of this list.
