Loading a Memorized Invoice or Quote

Sales Template Search

To recall a previously memorized quote or invoice template, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the Sales Invoicing or Quote screen and click the Add New button. You can use any of the add new invoice options (Create From Dispatch, Import From Mobile, etc.).
  2. Enter all required information in the top part of the screen. This includes customer, location, department and tax code. If the template includes job classes, the job should be selected at this point to ensure that data is recalled. Additional information such as salesman, purchase order, etc. can be entered at this point as well.
  3. Click the Activities button and select Load Template.
  4. Click the template you want to load, then click Select. This will cause all the memorized items to appear in the invoice tab. At this point you can modify or delete any of the items imported. Additional items can also be added at this time.

Note: You will only see quote templates when on the quote screen. You will only see invoice templates when on the invoicing screen.

  1. Save the invoice or quote when you are finished.
