Customer invoices are entered here on the Sales Invoicing screen, and this screen ties together data from many modules in ESC. Parts are brought in from the Inventory module and posted to Equipment and Service History. Dispatches provide labor hours to the invoice, and invoices generated by Service Agreements can be recalled and modified if necessary.
