Set the Type field to choose whether you are looking for parts, billing codes, history codes or assemblies. Use any of the other filters to help you find the part you want. Note that all the filters can all be used at the same time.
Example: To find a motor made by Rheem that was entered as an inventory part, leave the Type set to "Parts", the Manufacturer set to "RHEEM", and the Description set to "Motor". This should narrow down the list considerably.
Example: To find the billing code you are using for labor, change the Type to "Billing" and the Description set to "Labor".
Note: Setting the Type to Parts includes all stock, serial and assembly parts. The Assemblies Type will only show Assembly parts.
Note: Flat rate tasks imported from a third party vendor, such as Callahan / Roach or Profit Strategies, will always be assembly items. Set the search Type to Assemblies to find them easily.
