Import Zip Codes

Import Zip Codes

Use this screen to import all the cities and zip codes in the states where you work. You can then use the zip code in the City field when entering new customers to automatically fill out the correct city and state.

Note: This has no effect on existing customers.

How do I get to this screen?

Click the File pull down menu and select Utilities followed by Add State Zip Codes.
