Enabling the New Features in Version 11
Overview
For your protection, whenever we release a new version of ESC we automatically disable access to new screens and reports for all users. The only exception to this rule is the Admin account which always has full access to everything. Please logon to the Admin account and look over the changes to the software.
Once you have had a chance to asses the changes, you can decide which users should have access to them. You can then enable those features on a user by user basis by going to the Company | Setup Users screen.
The following functionality security options have been added in Version 11. Recall the user you want to work with and place a checkmark in the following boxes to give them access to these new features.

Important Note: The remaining new features simply modify existing screens so no new access is required for them.
